Onefile Engage receives data from Onefile Eportfolio at different intervals depending on the type of information being updated. This guide explains how frequently each area refreshes to help Centres understand when new information will appear in Engage.

- Centre Manager
- Centre Monitor
- User Manager
- Assessor

Update Timings

| Risk report / Risk score | Updated overnight, unless Refresh Metrics is clicked — then updates immediately |
| BIL / EPA / Archived status updated in Eportfolio | Updated automatically |
Tips & Notes
- Automatic updates ensure most information stays current without any manual action.
- Risk scores and risk reports refresh nightly unless manually refreshed using Refresh Metrics.
- User and learner imports reflect on the same day but may take time depending on system load.
- Employment and learning aim changes update instantly when modified in Eportfolio.
